Meet Our Attorney
Our
director holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Venda. His
career began at Espag Magwai Attorneys wherein he served his articles from
January 2012 to May 2013. He was admitted as an Attorney of the High Court on 20
May 2013. Mr Nkonwana was then promoted to a position of a Professional
Assistant at the firm Espag Magwai and he was ceremoniously assigned the role
of being the head of the Estate Department.
He then
went on to join the Department of Rural Development and Land Affairs (National
Office,Pretoria) as a legal officer, from April 2014 to May 2015. His
primary role was the handling of litigious matters instituted by or against the
Department and/or the Minister.
In June
2015, he assumed duty as an Assistant State Attorney, at the office of the State
Attorney Mafikeng. In December 2018, he was promoted to a Senior Assistant
State Attorney. He also served as a member of the briefing committee during his
tenure at the State Attorney.

director is a highly experienced litigator whose expertise and skills extend to
all aspects of general civil and commercial litigation.
